Tigerskin returns to Forms & Figures with three fresh and beautiful groovers. “Leave Behind” and “New Life” are sample-heavy pieces featuring some of Alex’s personal goosebump moments from classic and sometimes widely forgotten Jazz, Soul, Easy Listening and Funk music of the 1960s, 70s and 80s.

“Summer People” goes in the direction of many of Tigerskin’s recent works. Based on misusing guitars for other purposes than just playing notes on the fretboard (e.g. the bass drum was played on a bass guitar), he creates an extremely chilled out atmosphere.
We hope you enjoy these tracks of sheer beauty as much as we do.
